But, keep in mind that both the EU and US have had proposed laws to force KYC in the future, that thankfully failed to pass so far, but someday they could. And emerging market hosts are less reliable for uptime/speed (asia, south america, & africa).

Well, it's more like a decentralized stock, since the protocol earns revenue from hosting, that's locked into a pool to payout to the providers.

Well I'm concerned that people will do payments in Arweave, instead of Bitcoin Lightning

That's unlikely, because Lightning is private and a commodity. While as Arweave coins are uniquely tied to the files you upload. So if you have a website, you wouldn't want everyone to see every non-website transaction you make.
