Everyone is looking at the wrong metrics. Smart institutions are not going to sell bonds or real estate to buy Bitcoin they will simply take a collateral loan against their assets and use the money to buy Bitcoin. This is how the money supply will keep expanding through fractional reserve banking. This is how real estate got to these absurd prices.

If your furnace is toasted and it was heating your home on a hydronic system don't buy another furnace, simply replace it with an S19 #Bitcoin miner and dielectric oil, you will heat your home and earn bitcoin at the same time, 2 birds one stone. The system is a bit complex so don't do yourself, get a professional who understand these stuff. You may need one or two S9 miners, depend on the size of your house(the professional can estimate). The miner will heat the oil making a heat source and the water will calculate through the oil just like it would do with the furnace.
