Sure, while certain procedural safeguards may extend to non-citizens under specific circumstances, the government retains broad authority to initiate deportation proceedings, often without the same legal guarantees afforded to citizens. In essence, due process is a shield of citizenship, without it, your presence here is conditional, not absolute. Simple.
