A few notes this morning inspired me to think about the importance of zaps on Nostr as opposed to notifications and/or likes. What about the separation of notification and zap? 💡 Snort, and other clients, could have a "Zap" notification in the header. On-click could lead to a screen with the user's zapped notes. Obviously this is a brainstorming/WIP feature, and the shitty mock-up designs are proof of that but I was more so brainstorming how to increase the importance/relevance of zaps on Nostr and lower the importance of notifications/likes. #[0] #[1]

PSA: Logging into multiple clients can mess with your follow list as we all know. I've had this issue occur the last couple of days when logging into #[0]. I have also spent the last couple of days re-finding and following users. Nostrgram.co has a "following history" (a green calendar) when viewing your profile on their client which can help in restoring your followers.

Here’s a Nostr goal for the upcoming week before logging off for the night: Replace your likes with zaps. Instead of using the “like” function of your preferred client, zap ⚡️ one sat through a NIP-57 enabled wallet (WoS, ln.tips) for any note you would previously have “liked”. Create value for value and be the change you want to see on Nostr. PV and GN 🤙
