It always astounds me, the notes this amazing community zap me for… some days I write notes and it’s just a random thought or reply to another and I don’t really think much of it and I get significant zaps … other days I think, in my own little brain, that I’ve written something truly profound… and donuts. The logical conclusion: what I think is profound is clearly, insignificant and what I think is insignificant is obviously, profound. 🧐 😂 Regardless, I’m grateful to be able to provide zap worthy content. I’m grateful to the Nostr community for each and every zap. And I’m grateful for this space where I can share my random thoughts amongst people with hope.

Thanks @Lyn Alden I’ve just finished reading the mist born series, I caught your recommendation on your recent pod with @walker … great episode BTW. Loved the mist born series, particularly the ending. About 20years ago during a deep meditation I came up with a new definition of perfection for myself. I awakened to the understanding that true perfection was a balance between order and chaos or in other words, between preservation and ruin. Thank you for all the value you continue to add to the world. I’ve learned so much from you. 🧡

So pleased to see this little gal in my backyard today. We used to have one as a permanent resident however I, very sadly, found her run over on our street about 2 years ago. I’m hoping this new one likes what she sees and decides to make it her permanent abode. #greentreesnake

Was walking barefoot in the park today and bumped into a longtime acquaintance who has long been a snide Bitcoin sceptic. He revelled in pointing out every Bitcoin dip in the last bear cycle, knowing we’d bought at previous cycle ATHs. He noticed my bare feet and said in his snide tone … “oh, so you’re one of those people” I smiled and happily replied, “Yes, healthy and rich! Go figure…” I’m still smiling!
