Hello Lightning World. One of the last things I wanted to get out of the way before going on vacation for a bit. Can't wait to try the mobile app next. I don't think I set up caddy properly because the page loads without HTTPS (caddy working would imply ssl right?) but I guess that can wait. Looks clean so far. Recently im seeing a lot more prompts for and attention to passkeys. It's reminiscent to when password managers started slowly piercing out of their niche into the mainstream (though it still surprises me how many people don't use them). Are we close to reaching a critical mass for passkeys? RIP passwords 2025?

Are there any VPS that are friendly enough to running nodes, relays, and fucking around with that sort of thing before I get a dedicated device or repurpose a pi? Or do they treat most of it like running Tor exit nodes? Wouldn't be a forever thing. #asknostr
