Nobody knows if it’s going up, sideways, in circles. At anytime someone can buy 10 billion worth or dump amd nobody can predict that. That’s why I feel ta is bullshit. What I think BTC needs and it’s prob bullshit to lol but we need first adoption. Without newbies us og’s are just moving sats to each other and maybe sweeping extra cash in. I feel once regulators get done with this crypto market it will kill most coins and if you want to stay in crypto there won’t be many choices. I think Btc will see a wave a cash flowing our way. I think BTC takes a chunk of every major asset class and turns into a 100 trillion dollar network at minium. First step decouple gold. I think gold eventually wil become a ornamental mental worth fraction of what it is. #[0] says it best. This is in its purest form a energy network. And it’s the only energy network that don’t bleed out over time. Let’s say you own a house. And your goal is to leave it to kids. Well if your in New York I believe property tax is 4% and let’s put maintenance at 2% per year. That means in 20 years your bled out. Let’s talk about our monetary network. This is a simple one. Inflation is bleeding you at about let’s say 10% a year. So you can do math. Electricity networks when sent to your home they loose about 3% of electricity and that electricity needs to be used instantly. Or let’s say you have a battery that battery also bleeds out. Just like a phone turn it off for a year with it fully charged. Ina year it might not even turn on and if it does you will loose a lot of electricity. If I send 100 million dollars to China indont mind spending $5 or even $50 and when it’s a 100 trillion market cap I might not be mad spending thousands on a transaction. But this is the only energy that you can store with absolute no bleed out. Everyone needs to understand that. And the beauty of bitcoin is let’s say you about to pass away and don’t have any family to give coins to and don’t really want to donate to a charity you can always die with your keys and make a donation to the network. That’s huge and I’m sure it happens all the time. Bitcoin is not going anywhere barring something totally insane happening. Once we get sole more adoption we really need a state in the USA to embrace it and show the rest of the country this works and you will see adoption like we never seen before. So the way I see it is if your getting in and your time horizon to hold is 4-10 years I think you’ll be fine. Mine is forever and see what happens in between. And finally we need to see a separation from the correlation we see from nasdaq 100 and Btc. Once this happens then we know we’re on our way. We need to break 30k and stay above that.
