I encourage everyone to make their own lists if they wish. I don't like being the gatekeeper of "the list", but at the time saw no one was doing it. Kind of like a nostr kickstarter/backup to meet back up with other Monero bros if they get banned from centralized social media. I don't mind maintaining it either though if people want me to. If I disappear just copy/paste it and make a new list. Great thing is even if this convenient Nostr Follow Pack website shuts down the list is still saved on Nostr.
