My Sunday in Costa Rica so far:
5:20am: wake up → 16oz reverse osmosis water + 5g creatine + raw honey
5:25am: light movement outside in the sun + pets for Zak (my Belgian Malinois)
5:35am: raw milk + honey + salt + methylated B vitamins + left my gf a love note ❤️
5:40am: loaded surfboard + dog in the car and drove to the beach
5:50am: suncreen = tallow + non-nano zinc on the face and paddled out
5:55–8:20am: Surf session — caught 7 waves. Still a kook but getting better every time 🔥
8:25–9:30am: “Coffee” with friends & gf at Moromo (I skip the coffee but love the people)
9:45am: Breakfast — 6oz grass-fed sirloin flap steak, whole cantaloupe, 2 hard-boiled eggs, ½ avocado 🥩🍈
Now sitting down to stir the pot on @X.
Rest of the day locked in: 1.5 hrs editing the new book, 30 min NSDR, surf skate session on the ramp with gf, hike to the river with friends, dinner, sunset with gf, lose to her in UNO again (she’s 100% cheating), and plan summer adventures under red lights (incandescent ftw). Bed by 8:30pm.
