Seems like a pretty big deal for #ufo evidence? Photographic plates show bright, reflective object moving in sky, before any known satellites, *on the night of* of the notorious 1952 D.C. UFO incident:
Big house -- HMPH!
Lambo -- HMPH!

I've been thinking about the idea of what is social media for? Decentralized or not, is social media "good"? @hodlbod has asked similar questions in his podcast...
I realize now social media's function now: it's to be the "front page" of the Internet, like what Yahoo used to be in the 90s... A "home page" that points you towards the best content you want to see.
This, I think, should be the guiding principle of decentralized, user focused social media: how to create the tools for discovery to surface what you want to see from the Internet?
OK, Longform roundup continues...
* #habla.news editing is offline indefinitely
* #yakihonne doesn't do subtitles
* #highlighter works pretty well, but won't let you use a URL for a cover image
New additions:
* Looks OK, but can't remove images, plus a few other random bugs
*
very bare-bones, barely functional for authoring
5 clients, each with some crippling bug 🤪#grownostr
