I think about this in the context of the #mostr / #momostr bridges... Which aren't exactly "adversarial" interoperability, but perhaps "begrudging"? Neither side of the bridge, least of which the Nostr Dev class, seem to be very enthusiastic about their existence. Even the creator of Mostr seems to have all but disowned it. (not going to '@' him because he seems pretty pissed at me rn lol 😅 ) But this is super-important to get right. All decentralized social media protocols that can interoperate, should. That seems to me to be a higher priority to #grownostr than whatever the "shiny new vibe toy" that's just going to get dropped in 2 weeks along with all the other half-built projects in the space.
