Nostr's tiny, but it's one of the few spaces that feels genuinely innovative. I've never found myself excited for new software releases since... IDK, the 00's? In a world where everything's a grift, this feels real, even if it's just us ~40 weirdos.

Yes, domain centralization is a problem here, but this is also clearly a problem of centralization of communication around X. For individuals interacting with institutions, there is no "going through channels" anymore. It's "tag them on X." Deadpool and Wolverine was the only tolerable Deadpool movie for me... because it's about picking up the "discarded toys" of the MCU and less about trying to make a serious character out of Deadpool
