Is there any benefit in bolting holepunch onto nostr? I'd imagine you could broadcast your holepunch ID as profile metadata and periodically check if followers with the ID are online and ask for updates to their notes, and possibly notes of shared followers?

https://grayjay.app/ is pretty sweet, would be pretty awesome to replace the polycentric ID thing with nostr.
Love #Amethyst but the feed always becomes extremely laggy on my phone.. 😮💨 plebstr doesn't have as many nice features but the feed isn't extremely bogged down so switching over for now.
