This new song includes a lyrical nod to Vinny Testaverde who played professional sports for 21 seasons. I don't think the song is really about him. But his pose on the (attached) sports card speaks deeply to the feeling of the song, for me at least.

Present 'Peace and Quiet' Right after the lyrics came pouring out, I thought something like 'that was cathartic but I could never release that". Recently it dawned on me how fascinating the intersection of Buddhism and Bitcoin is. I’ve been practicing Buddhism since my teens. ‘Practicing bitcoin’ for a while now I can’t help but start to notice. I’ll be sharing these connections here on NOSTR - it feels like the right place. My thought this morning - riding out the stormy waves of price & politics reminds me of sitting through long retreats feeling like I’m holding on for dear life through the (often illusory) difficulties.
