Bitcoin and broadly crypto is a fly by the seat of your pants industry and i kinda hate it. But this is what its like I assume in early markets being created. People who have never worked for a larger enterprise in most cases. Great communication, email follow up, and detail oriented behavior is often very rare. The lack of detail, bad communication, and how insanely all over the place conferences are compared to more established industries creates realyl tough situations.
This is also what makes it fun, and makes you valuable as a team member. Overcoming those challenges and getting things done requires a lot of work. You can only control what YOU can control!
