Good morning and Happy Wednesday NOSTR Fam! We're halfway through the week, making today hump day for most of us. We're on pace for a productive week so far. I've been dealing with some government websites (Local & Federal) and have noticed some possible trends. 1 - sites giving away stuff work well. 2 - sites to make payments are slow and clunky AF. Many requiring human contact to some degree in order to see a process all the way through. This is the opposite for privately managed enterprises. Which is: 1 - refunds or reporting troubles = high friction and clunky processes. 2 - making payments or new sales = low friction. Off to catch one of those sunrise runs this am.
