Today's cardio session killed my soul. 4,5 min work and 2 min rest 1. Bike Erg - 2100 m 2. Assault Runner - 900 m 3. Ski Erg - 1050 m Repeat 2 times. Finished all in time but couldn't complete the run during second round. Daily dose of : stay humble bitch

The only explanation why I missed #bitcoin around 2010 is that I had no idea how to use internet! I wasn't using it to find information and learn...I was stupid. There is a lesson in this.
