I bought an exercise mat with the best of intentions 2 or 3 years ago. Finally took it out of the packaging yesterday. Woke up this morning wondering why I could feel my abs, and realized I hadn't felt that sensation since college nearly 20 years ago. Oi.

I've been gone for a bit. Restarting after a burnout crash feels like trying to fire an engine that just...doesn't wanna. So if you see a few posts then nothing again, I'm not gone, just clearing the lines and attempting another restart 😅
