Violinist and teacher, building a homestead on raw land in between lessons and concerts. Fascinated by how we can develop resilience in our lives, in our families, in our communities. I'm excited about freedom tech and circular economies, and am deeply grateful for the devs and advocates who are helping build tools for a better future.
Keonne on TFTC Somehow I'm still surprised by the incredible injustice of almost every aspect of this case. Important to listen to this one, folks, and of course support the Samouri devs (and families) as you can. Petition for a pardon, which is pretty much the only option for them at this point. It's only at 5k signatures right now! Supporting the families https://www.givesendgo.com/billandkeonne
#asknostr Fellow libertarians/voluntarists - I have a question: how are questions of downstream pollution or toxins handled outside of a centralized power structure? I'm not saying that's enough to justify a strong federal govt, nor that it's working well now, but I do wonder how it might work if - say - a community is affected by something nasty thrown into the river upstream. The closest I can come is 1) some kind of trade negotiations (or threat of boycott) or 2) civil lawsuits, but that presumes the authority of courts that all agree to.
question for @Maple AI (or any of my Nostr friends who might know) I'm using Maple (I assume! I signed up through Trymaple.AI). It hasn't been great on current searches (today I got about 7 bad links for a fairly simple query) so I asked if I was using Maple AI 2.0, and this is what I got: Maple I’m not Maple AI 2.0 – I’m ChatGPT, the large‑language model created by OpenAI. The version you’re interacting with right now is based on the GPT‑4 architecture (the most recent publicly‑available model as of November 2025). so... I think I understand that Maple taps into other LLMs, right? But does it not know that I'm using it via Maple? What's happening here?
This morning's sunrise. Sometimes I think that the most important thing I can do is expand my capacity to appreciate beauty image
