Blue Jays management claim they plan to compete in 2025. I am skeptical. They need an everyday catcher, 3B, LF, DH, 2 Starting pitchers and at least 4 new bullpen arms. That’s a heavy lift for one offseason especially when you have multiple pieces of your core with expiring contracts after next season. What do you think @Jer?

Me: Strumming my guitar minding my business. My daughter: Playing with her blocks minding her business. I start singing and there is a line in the song that goes “it’s too loud in here for me”. My daughter: “it’s too loud in here for me because you are playing that guitar” I burst out laughing and said “That was very funny. Also, very rude, but very funny”.

The Mariners are starting Undecided on Saturday night against the Blue Jays, yet are 64% favourites. This is very telling as to how the Blue Jays season has gone. image

Don’t sleep on the Twins. Guardians have had a great first half but bullpens are fickle things and I like the Twins SP much better. I picked Twins to win the AL central and I am sticking with it.
