Does anyone run NOSTR relays on their own hardware from their home? Same question with regards to Lightning node?

What if I wanted to leave an encrypted message to my descendants, forward, through all time. Is that a valid use case for the time chain ledger? I'm worried about a link in the family chain fucking shit up, I need a way to speak directly to my great, great, great, great grand children.
