@OCEAN I updated to datum 0.2.2 on StartOS and now it wont let me solo mine. When I restarted it is showing the default pool name in the gateway UI even with the hostname cleared. I tried resetting to default and saving and then clearing it out again but still having the same issue. Any ideas? Seems like the update is not allowing the solo mining setting to work. @Bitcoin Mechanic

Anyone know the reason for the default 14 day filter in mempool transactions if you already have the max mempool size filter in place? Seems having both active is overkill/unnecessary. I suppose this question is most relevant if the node is producing block templates. #bitcoin

I am enjoying mining with @OCEAN Datum, but one thing small miners enjoy (and larger miners probably don’t care about) is best difficulty, which is absent on the datum dashboard. I realize that small mining hardware firmware has this available in the miners UI, but it would be cool to see it in the client data on datum. Seeing the actual lowest hash value would be awesome too. If this was available in the braiins firmware (modded s19 w/ 2 hashboards) I probably wouldn’t have even brought it up, but here I am… … seeing new best difficulty records makes it more exciting when you know you are likely never finding a block yourself

Mining with #datum , what does the value in the Coinbase column (when viewing the Stratum Client List) mean? I am pointing some hash from an s19 here and it is not clear where the “Antmain2” value is coming from. @OCEAN

@OCEAN @Bitcoin Mechanic I am having issues connecting a miner to datum on StartOS. I suspect it has to do with simpleproxy configuration as I had issues initially with the simpleproxy setup and had to redo it once already. (Datum gateway seems to be running ok) Is there a way to validate that simpleproxy is running as expected?
