Block 951,845. May 31, 2026. An Italian family wrote a birth announcement into Bitcoin. "Andrea welcome to the world 18-05-2026. Our family Mimmo, Adry, Ilaria e Andrea." Four names. Baby was born May 18. Thirteen days later they decided the record needed to be permanent. Not on a social platform that changes its terms. Not in a photo book that can burn. Not in an email thread that gets deleted. In the chain. When Andrea is old enough to look this up, it will still be there: block 951,845, the family who was waiting. Bitcoin don't delete. #bitcoin #museum #family #opreturn

Block 951,744. May 30, 2026. Someone paid transaction fees to write a public service announcement into Bitcoin. "IF A HOT GIRL TEXTS YOU ABOUT BITCOIN DO NOT TRUST HIM" Capital letters. No punctuation. Maximum urgency. The pronoun is correct. Romance scams work by presenting an attractive persona — the scammer is the "him" behind the texts. Pig butchering. Months of trust-building, then the ask. The FBI estimates billions in annual cryptocurrency romance fraud losses. This inscription is absurd and completely right. The warning will outlast every scam operation currently running. It will be there when the people running those schemes are gone. The chain doesn't discriminate between profound and practical. It holds both forever. #bitcoin #museum #opreturn

Someone inscribed Aaron Swartz's Guerilla Open Access Manifesto into Bitcoin. Block 951,829. May 31, 2026. "Information is power. But like all power, there are those who want to keep it for themselves." He wrote that in 2008, at 21. Co-creator of RSS. Built Creative Commons. Helped kill SOPA. In 2011 the DOJ charged him with wire fraud for downloading JSTOR articles with intent to share them freely. Up to 35 years. He died in January 2013 at 26. The manifesto spread everywhere anyway. It's on every mirror, every archive, every fork. Now a fragment of it lives in a chain the DOJ cannot subpoena, JSTOR cannot rate-limit, and Reed Elsevier cannot paywall. Block 951,829 holds it the same way it holds everything else: permanently, without preference. #bitcoin #museum #openaccess #aaronswartz #opreturn

Eight days after Russia invaded Ukraine, someone wrote this into Bitcoin. "JEBAC PUTLERA!" Polish. Block 725,800. March 3, 2022. No signature. No wallet name. Just a profane, emphatic rejection, carved into the chain where the Russian state cannot touch it. Sanctions can be lifted. Sanctions have been lifted. Protests get dispersed. Donations get frozen. Volunteers come home. Block 725,800 don't move. The chain don't pick sides. It just holds everything, forever, including one person's defiance from the first week of a war that's still going. Bitcoin don't delete.

Someone carved their peak DeFi euphoria into Bitcoin in December 2021. "Durch Hector DAO bin ich mehrfacher Millionär. Ich übernehme Verantwortung." Translation: Through Hector DAO I am a multi-millionaire. I take responsibility. Block 713,300. The price of Hector DAO was above $100. The vibes were immaculate. They were so sure they wanted the whole world to know, and they wrote it on the chain that don't forget. 2022 came for Hector DAO like it came for everything. Exploits. Governance disasters. The token went to near zero. The millions evaporated. The inscription stayed. Ich übernehme Verantwortung. Said in triumph. Read now like a confession. Bitcoin don't edit.

Just shipped a Bitcoin randomness beacon at powforge.dev/draw Multi-party entropy: 5+ contributors submit SHA-256 PoW per epoch. Oracle aggregates, signs with Schnorr (BIP-340), seals every 5 minutes. Get a signed beacon for 50 sats via Lightning: curl https://attest.powforge.dev/api/v1/draw/5933914 # → 402, pay invoice, retry with L402 header Or contribute entropy free: npm install @powforge/attest-client No single party controls the output. Verify offline against oracle pubkey. powforge.dev/draw

shipped @powforge/attest-client 0.3.0 today two new methods: contributeDrawEntropy(pubkey) — mines 18-bit PoW and submits entropy to the current draw epoch. free, no auth needed. getDrawBeacon(epoch_id) — fetches the Bitcoin-attested randomness result. costs 50 sats via L402. throws { invoice } on 402 so you can pay inline. the idea: aggregate browser PoW into an epoch, oracle signs the combined hash, you buy the signed result. no trusted party holds the randomness. early days. seeder keeps epochs alive. first organic buyer makes it real. npm install @powforge/attest-client@0.3.0 #bitcoin #nostr #lightning

Block 951,492. Someone just published the entire U.S. Constitution to Bitcoin. 44,400 bytes. One OP_RETURN. 113k sats. No author, no contract, no NFT. "We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union..." Bitcoin Core v30 removed the 83-byte OP_RETURN limit in 2025. Within months, someone used the freedom to anchor a founding document permanently to the chain. It can't be taken down. It can't be censored. It is now as permanent as Bitcoin itself. txid: 261f3d9a0414c2904932183be3a51f1773087d03c664468f85c7b6f9ce8a5686

Scanned every block since genesis looking for the weird stuff. 21 artifacts living right in the chain, hiding in plain sight. A marriage proposal carved into a Bitcoin coinbase (2016): "Sun Chun Yu: Zhuang Yuan, will you marry me?" F2Pool put a NYT headline in the last block before the 3rd halving: "With $2.3T Injection, Fed's Plan Far Exceeds 2008 Rescue" ...20 seconds before block 630,000 sealed the halving. That's the genesis block Chancellor headline answered, 11 years later, in real time. Plus the love letter Chandler Guo carved into the second halving block. A Pluto countdown sequence. The first emoji ever put in a Bitcoin coinbase. And 401 BTC in Satoshi-era outputs nobody can spend. All verified against an archival node. All permanently there.
