the physical world is a finite image of the infinite realms.
good night. xx
the first ever self help book i went through twice was the artist's way. it is more about finding your creativity than fixing your childhood hurts, which i found to be a great entry into healing. my current one is mirror work by louise hay (haaaay!.) which is difficult and rewarding. my favorite passive one is women who run with wolves.
good night, sweet dreams.

and now
something came before this
something came before this breath
something informed this moment, this body, this life
but it does not need to dictate what comes next

and now
every breath is a beginning
every moment is an opportunity
every pause
holds possibility
and i decide
and i decide
and i decide
atha
and now
changing
growing

and now
let go
let go
let go

and now the practice of yoga begins.
and in the next breath, it can begin again.
