Farmers feed ALL OF US and are the foundation of modern society. Agriculture of domesticated crops and livestock is the foundation of all of modern society. Without productive farmers, nobody has time to specialize or focus on anything other than food hunting and gathering. Farming improvements enabled people to “come out of the fields” to do other work, enabling other specialists to emerge without widespread starvation. Anti farming policies are not progressive, but actually regressive.
