Truth exists, but whole and perfect Truth is unknowable. That jewel of perfection always exists over the horizon, casting rays and shadows over our perception, drawing us forward while taunting us. Hubris is to believe you know something ; humility is to understand that you know nothing. To know an incomplete truth is to know nothing, as the unknowable unknown always harbors the ability to destroy you. There is only one way for perfect Truth to enter your life - that is, if it chooses to.

Making progress with health - heart rate while exercising is much lower (good), and exercising much longer.
Some problems persist : frequent dizziness while at rest, edema in feet, blood pressure still very high, tinnitus is like a jet engine in my head.
Never getting vaxed ever again. Never never never. I've learned that lesson.
This morning I realized :
Before humanity can colonize other worlds, we first have to be able to colonize our oceans. ALL living planets must be ocean worlds because of water's exceptional heat capacity.
First, the Pacific. Second, Antarctica. Third, Venus. Fourth, Jupiter's moons. Fifth, Mars. Sixth, the galaxy. That's a more realistic plan for human expansion.
The United Nations would be more aptly named the "United States." Most nations are not represented in the UN. Only states are represented. Why aren't the Navajo, Cherokee, Australian aboriginals, and Hawaiians represented at the UN? And the thousands of other nations. And if it's really meant to be a United States, why isn't Texas represented?

HOW else can you explain the health benefits of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and red light therapy? That, combined with the crazy archaeology in Egypt and China.... Dude, we're not from here.
I'm so happy to have my health back (mostly). After the vaccine, my health took a nosedive for about a year. I was terrified - so terrified, I prayed and begged God to let me live. I was agnostic previous to that. My doctor (a VA doctor) was completely useless. I researched like my life depended on it... because it did depend on it. I started taking supplements (vit D and some other stuff based on what I found about problems after the vaccine, based on my blood work) and going on long walks in maximum sunshine. I kept praying. I still feel like something inside is wrong, but I'm so much better now than a few months ago. I still need to find a doctor that will be candid and honest, but I'm on the right track, and I'm so thankful for that.
That's what I'm thinking about today as I exercise. Just surviving is winning.
