While it is amazing you can now pull up any song you can think of on Spotify, it has made the music listening experience passive.
No more hunting for albums and building your own music collection that you value.

Will be interesting to see what kind of content feed algorithms evolve on Nostr.
Centralized socials always optimize for engagement as it drives profit. But when there’s no profit motive, what else could you optimize for? Maybe users will be able to tailor their own personal algorithm?
Interesting thought exercise to ask why something like Nostr (users being able to send small amounts of money directly to eachother via their posts) has never existed in the fiat world.
It has always been totally possible with current technology, so the question is, why?
