I haven’t been able to nuke my X account yet but I’m making a commitment to not use the ‘For You’ feed anymore. It puts me in such a negative headspace sometimes and I just don’t like the idea of how I’m being manipulated. That’s one of the main things I love about Nostr. And it’s already changing my habits elsewhere. 🙌🏼

You can’t solve all the problems in the world, but you can solve a lot of problems in your own life. Too many people focus on the former to distract themselves from the latter.

Is it just me or does it feel like there is a chance Nostr grows faster than Bitcoin in terms of adoption? Most people still struggle to wrap their heads around censorship resistant money but it’s much easier to under censorship when it comes to social media and communication.

In listening to the last WBD conversation between @Dr. Jeff and @Danny Knowles, I struggle with the same issue about feeling out of the loop being on Nostr vs X/Twitter. I would like to find some trusted news sources that can deliver just facts here on Nostr. Can y’all share any accounts that help you stay up to date with current events?
