According to The Telegraph, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky asked President Donald J. Trump for BGM-109 “Tomahawk” Land Attack Cruise Missiles (TLAMs) during a recent closed-door meeting. The U.S.-made missiles, with a range of up to 1,500 miles, would be capable of striking Moscow. Sources described the meeting, held on the sidelines of the United Nations, as highly positive. Zelensky reportedly argued that access to such advanced weapons would pressure Vladimir Putin into negotiations with the U.S. and Ukraine. President Trump is said to be “open” to Ukraine’s request for long-range cruise missiles and other sophisticated systems. image

In a highly unusual move, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has ordered the Defense Forces to install loudspeakers inside and around the Gaza Strip to broadcast his address today before the United Nations General Assembly in New York. Photos and video from this morning show cranes mounting loudspeakers onto trucks before they were transported into Gaza. Alongside the loudspeaker installations, Israeli intelligence reportedly hacked phones and other cellular devices across Gaza to push Netanyahu’s UN speech directly to Palestinians still inside the Strip.

Just now on Truth Social, U.S. President Donald J. Trump posted a stunning shift in tone on the war in Ukraine. After reviewing the military and economic dynamics between Ukraine and Russia, Trump wrote that he believes Ukraine, with support from the European Union, “is in a position to fight and WIN all of Ukraine back in its original form.” He added that with patience, European financial backing, and especially NATO’s support, restoring Ukraine’s prewar borders “is very much an option.” Trump went even further, calling Russia a “paper tiger” and arguing that much of Moscow’s resources are being drained by the conflict, while Ukraine’s “Great Spirit” only continues to strengthen. He concluded that Ukraine might not only reclaim its full territory — including Eastern Ukraine and Crimea — but could “maybe even go further than that.” Trump closed his post by declaring, “We will continue to supply weapons to NATO for NATO to do what they want with them. Good luck to all!” This marks one of the most dramatic reversals in foreign policy rhetoric from the Trump Administration, now openly suggesting Ukraine could achieve total territorial restoration — and possibly beyond. Such a statement is almost certain to provoke outrage in Moscow and raises the likelihood of further Russian escalation against both Europe and the United States. image

Speaking before the United Nations General Assembly today, U.S. President Donald J. Trump accused China and India of being the primary financial backers of Russia’s war in Ukraine and criticized NATO members for continuing to buy Russian energy. “Inexcusably, even NATO countries have not cut off Russian energy and Russian energy products. I only found out about this two weeks ago, and I wasn’t happy. Think about it — they’re funding the war against themselves. Who’s ever heard of that?” Trump said. He went on to warn that if Russia refuses to negotiate an end to the conflict, the United States is ready to impose “a very strong round of powerful tariffs” that he believes would “end the bloodshed very quickly.” But he emphasized that the tariffs would only be effective if European nations joined in: “You’re much closer to this conflict — we have an ocean between us. Europe has to step it up. They can’t keep doing what they’re doing — buying oil and gas from Russia while fighting Russia. It’s embarrassing. They need to immediately stop all energy purchases from Russia.”

The U.S. Secret Service announced today that, after a monthlong investigation, it dismantled a massive network of more than 300 SIM servers and 100,000 SIM cards operating at multiple sites across New York City and surrounding areas within a 35-mile radius of this week’s United Nations General Assembly. Officials say the network had the potential to disrupt emergency services, jam cellular networks, enable encrypted communications, intercept U.N. communications, and even send over 30 million anonymous text messages per minute. One official described the scale of the operation as unlike anything the agency has ever encountered. Investigators believe the size and sophistication of the setup point to a state-backed surveillance effort. Preliminary analysis of the seized SIM cards revealed links to at least one foreign nation and ties to criminal groups, including cartel members already active in the United States. Cybersecurity experts note that only a handful of countries — such as Russia, China, and Israel — would likely have the capability to mount such an operation.

The White House today dismissed widespread reports from major news outlets claiming that Border Czar Tom Homan was caught in 2024 accepting $50,000 from undercover FBI agents posing as business executives, allegedly in exchange for preferential treatment in securing contracts with the incoming Trump Administration. While the White House acknowledged that such an undercover sting targeting Homan did occur, it insisted he never accepted the money and accused the FBI of attempting to “entrap” him. The investigation into the operation and the alleged $50,000 payment was recently dropped by the FBI and Justice Department under the Trump Administration.
