Day 13: Spent time with legal to go through disclaimers, legal responsibility, trademark, naming rights and 3rd party license rights.
Friendly advice: always sign everything off with legal. #productdevelopment
Day 12: Lost of reviews. From users, stakeholders and giants in the open source space.
Gotta stay close to the ground to get the right input for this project.
Day 11: Proof is in the progress. Architecture design is set!

We’re looking for the simplest, most intuitive option for mobile app UI.

Day 10: development starting 🔥
I’m going to try to slowly unveil our product as we go. This one’s special.
Day 9: a lot more architectural design followed by software project planning.
Product positioning is always tricky because we have to acknowledge the subjectivity of users.
Anyone have any good framework they’re using?

Day 8: Defining visuals and user flows.
Completed personas, user acceptance criteria, MVP scope and requirements. Leaders are on board!
Day 7 - Design sessions. It’s slowly taking form. Screen after screen 🤫 
Made it out to Toronto for an exciting embargo project we’re working on! The real work starts 🤩 
Gonna be travelling to Toronto tomorrow to work on a few cool things - launching in July/August.
