Cookies baked ✔ (chocolate PB2 powdered peanut butter worked well but my consistency was a bit off) Sourdough loaf baked ✔ Banana nut bread in the oven...almost ✔ I'm skipping the honey bars since I ended up with a gazillion cookies. All that's left is to do some food prep for tomorrow's lunch of chicken stew with biscuit style dumplings. I am exhausted and so hot as it's almost 80°F/26°C out today. I cheated and used the stand mixer for my bread dough this morning 😒. A crazy person took over and I'm going to be baking all day so I wanted to save some energy. Making a sourdough loaf, banana nut bread, peanut butter cookies, and maybe if I feel like it some honey bars.
