Been getting more intense with my strength workouts lately and some days I guess I just go a little harder than others (No specific muscle class, it’s real random) and the soreness catches up to me 2-3 days later that’s damn near immobilizing. This doesn’t happen all too often but I’d say once a week or so. Any tips on relieving excruciating soreness for those days? And just for context, I’m fine with regular soreness, but like yesterday, I could barely move my arms after a hard push day on Saturday. Last week, my leg day caught up with me 2 days later to the point I could barely walk… Maybe it’s less of tips on relieving soreness and more so tips on doing something better to prevent this?? I’m not even sure if it’s a good or bad thing. #asknostr

Amazing stream tonight. 2 1/2 hours. With some really good moments. Found diamonds, fought a witch (and lost), avoided some pillagers, super fun. Also, gotta apologize to @Dikaios1517 … I thought he just left but it turns out my dashboard wasn’t updating chat after a certain point so he was just talking and I was ignoring him… Feel awful. He even zapped me and I didn’t thank him because it didn’t show me. But show @Dikaios1517 some love because he showed me some love and I did not accept it, at least after he told me to get some milk before killing the captain (that was the last message I saw…). SUPER FUN STREAM. STREAMING IS FUN AGAIN.

For context: The farm I was building required me to get 2 cows to fall into a single block opening. I had one in there and this was about 20 minutes into me trying to get the second in there (far longer than it should have taken). It finally happened… But… Just watch for yourself.
