I sometimes imagine my miners as a small submarine with a searchlight in a deep dark empty ocean of infinity on an endless mission to find something that isn’t a void.
I’m starting to think @Unmasked-Narcisist 🎭 following me on every post is some kind of clever troll. “You’re a narcissist for posting your thoughts and thinking anyone cares”
The following books are a great sequential read.
Pre-history:
The Genesis Book - @Aaron van Wirdum

The Book of Satoshi - Phil Champagne
Early History:

Thinking about “Uber Cash”. It seems like a good idea for businesses to support bitcoin deposits where users can deposit bitcoin then use the fiat value of those deposits when they increase in value to immediately take advantage of the service at a reduced initial bitcoin cost.
The business benefits from increased service use when the fiat value increases and is no worse off if it declines.

The lack of on chain activity shows how rare the bitcoiner is. Yet hash rate rises.
Tail emissions discussion focuses on activity yet isn’t it about power?
Encrypted descriptors on chain

My grandmother self custodied money under the bed, didn’t trust banks, and did push ups in her 70s, didn’t believe what she heard on TV.
I think about this a lot.
