No carnivore for me, wasn’t made for it. Instead eating my fellow aliens from tropical sea ,wild marinas (not fish farming) smartest of all my fav.nutrition packed; octopus, squid etc. sea weed local farmed etc. Disadvantage sea sand for that I do raw okra green veg. smoothie is slimy to clean up and other benefits. no milk but coconut milk. My body wouldn’t accept otherwise.
