The debate around BIP110 is a masterclass in poor logic. Both sides are resorting to obvious motte-and-bailey fallacies, instead of addressing the real technical arguments.
In this Take episode, I use the concept of a hypothetical article-publishing blockchain - "The Blog Chain" - to expose how ridiculous the "BIP-110 is censorship" argument really is.
If we can't separate the concept of "censorship" with a set of protocol design choices in order to optimise Bitcoin for money - regardless of whether or not you agree with those choices - then we erode all logical foundations for discussing bitcoin as money.
... And no, this has nothing to do with whether I personally support BIP110!
