Whose doing all the BTC selling?

I am proof that you can self host almost anything and still be an idiot. I do most things through a gui. If I have to use command line I copy and paste like a cheating middle school student. If I can't copy and paste watching me work the command line is like watching a 4 year old learn to read. BUT YOU CAN DO IT!
