My plans for today involved dropping Princess Aurora off at puppy daycare and running a million errands.
However puppy daycare is closed today 😡 I think this must be some 'no kings' related shenanigans and I am most annoyed.
So now it seems I'll be doing half a million errands but with 30 lbs of adorable puppy strapped to my back.

I am excited that I've rented an office at the local co-working space. I can control the AC, someone else is making sure coffee stays in stock, and I can just live at the office between my new finance job and my unpaid community organizing job.
I've got a little attic apartment to sleep and shower. The whole set-up isn't super comfy, but it's temporary and crucially it'll save me a lot of money and push me into focusing more on work and less on laying on the couch watching old movies in YouTube 🙃
At no point will I be able to host friends or invite a sexy man back to my place, but let's be honest about how often that's happened in the past 10 years for me 🥲

Brownies are my favorite treat. One of the things I gave up for Lent.
Today when I came into the office there was a tray of delicious looking brownies. I was very tempted, but told myself no they'll be gone in an hour and I won't be tempted anymore.
Instead it turned out today was the monthly potluck lunch. Three more trays of brownies appeared over the course of the day, each one looking more delicious than the last.
They didn't even get eaten, so they were on offer the entire time I was there. I was there almost 12 hours today and did not have a single one.
Thank you for giving me strength to resist such an abundance of my favorite treat 🙌
