They call it FedEx because your Ex was a Fed, or something like that.

Most people (especially in the west) are addicted to comfort to the point that a moment of discomfort isn't tolerable. That's a scary place to be in my view. It's ok to be uncomfortable sometimes. The average day should honestly be mostly uncomfortable so that at night you are genuinely thankful to have a bed and a roof over your head.

If I were a commander in the military I would make all my guys listen to the Mario theme song while they were on the battlefield.

Card games like MTG, Pokemon and YuGiOh were really fun when people used to actually build their own decks. I noticed many years before I stopped playing those games that 99% of people just copy something off the internet (which destroys the whole deck building part of the game) then focus purely on winning rather than trying to make whatever wacky fun ways of winning you can come up with work. They lose me as soon as the game becomes about ego and not about fun. Even losing in weird ways was fun for me. But losing to the same 3 decks over and over just got old and stale and even when new cards come out its basically just update and repeat. I've looked at the current state of things and I'm happy I have stopped spending money on that stuff.

It's very sad how many people's entire life falls apart because of server outages, this shows you how attached to things you really shouldn't be attached to many people are. The internet should be tool, if you need this to function you are an addict. Most modern people are guilty of this addiction to some degree or another. I don't say this as if I'm somehow better than anyone else, I'm not, I think this little outage can be a push towards the right direction though, maybe spend half the time your normally spend online and spend this new found time reading, learning a skill or even going and doing things with friends and family.

Disagreeing doesn't equal hating

Protestantism requires that you believe that the Church that Christ founded at pentecost was in existence for but a moment then disappeared for 16+ centuries then some Europeans got it right. I'm sorry but that's absolutely absurd, then claim everyone who disagrees with them is "unbiblical" after ripping books out of the Bible.

I enjoy watching videos of Europeans and Asians shooting guns for the first time lol, it's funny to see how they react to something that is so normal to me.

I'm so happy real life isn't like Disney cartoons, dude if I asked someone a question and they erupted into a song and dance to answer my question, I think I would just walk away and just never talk to them again lol

I don't have children so I can't really say I understand what it's like to parent, but I can say I'm about 99% sure putting an iPad in your kids hands for hours upon hours when they can't even form a sentence yet is probably not the correct play.

The term "firemen" doesn't make any sense unless they are starting fires, so a group of arsonist would be firemen, so the fire department should be called anti-firemen, or fire fighters.

I'm convinced there are people who intentionally make as much noise as they can possibly manage to make every moment of their life. Some people really can't seem to handle silence.
