I don't understand why those programs to help people addicted to drugs and alcohol or any addiction for that matter count the days. My view is thats the worst thing you can do. Why would you count the days and keep the ideas of whatever addiction in your mind at all times. I'm not saying it's not hard to stop addiction it absolutely is but counting the days seems like a bad idea and a way to keep yourself in mental torture of that which plagues you.

I broke my heel a year or two ago and never had it looked at so now my heel is an odd shape and has random pains randomly also if I hit my heel on anything it's like shooting me in the face pain wise and I'm a pretty pain tolerant person.
