Working as an athletic trainer for a few years now first in the athletic setting and now in a clinical setting. I see many former athletes and older people. Joint health and is super important. Too many people in their 50s/60s that cannot walk a mile. We need to move but not just move linearly, we need to move in different ways and planes. Do this weekly.
Use it or lose it.
Currently putting stairs and an entry door from the garage to the kitchen wall. Love when a project starts to take shape.
