I think sentiment is in the gutter right now bc the whole narrative around nation state fomo is collapsing. It assumes nations will flee the dollar into bitty. It assumes that nations aren't already captured. Just look at the last guys who broke rank with the bankers.

Looked up my cronometer from last year and it was mindblowing. Rocked a 1600 cal diet for a few weeks. Can't imagine doing that now. It was trendy in carnivore yt to diet on super high fats and mediums low protein. So i ried that for the last two weeks and have never felt hungrier, and that was at 2200 calories. I lost 10 pounds but like fuck it was uncomfortable. Gonna shift to like 200g protein and 100-150g fat and see how that goes. If I lose like 10-15 more pounds I should be kind of athletic

Do agents.md files throughout your repo do anything? To find out, I made 2 branches with the same task: spin up a new agent per the requirements document. One with agents files throughout and another with nothing. Exact same prompt and model. they both built functioning endpoints and flows. And took the same amoint of time. but the docs-agent did it in half the files. I initially thought MD files would only help for extra-repo knowledge but they seem to help steering even when the info is readily deducible from the code
