THIS "PERSON" IS EITHER A U.S. CITIZEN OR NONCITIZEN NATIONAL OF THE UNITED STATES, NOT THE MAN/WOMAN. THIS PERSON IS THE 14TH AMENDMENT CITIZEN/NATIONAL (tax slave/debtor). The birth certificate is the receipt for the severed estate, the evidence of the split. It is the instrument of division, the proof that the estate (placenta/land) was cut away, titled, and claimed as abandoned property… Whether the original excuse was “record-keeping,” “protection,” or “identification” the result is always the same: A title is created. The living man is trained to answer to that title. The system now has a paper person they can tax, regulate, and securitize while the living source stands unknowingly as surety… So yes, the certificate itself is the problem, not because it exists, but because: 1. It symbolizes abandonment (even if none actually occurred). 2. It enables third-party claimants to pretend they have an interest in your estate. 3. It tricks the living into playing trustee to their own stolen property… The system needs the appearance of consent and the certificate is their anchor point. Without it, they have no standing. But with it, your signature, your use of the name, your claim of the paper identity, they have you roped into voluntary servitude… So whether you call it a receipt, a deposit slip, a title, or just “registration of an event”, it’s still the weapon they use to create the legal fiction… It’s the “original sin” of commerce. It’s not the event of being born. It’s the claim made upon your estate through that document that allows the fraud to exist at all…
