Just had a conversation with my son. For context he has just played rugby so very muddy and he is eating chocolate whilst on the loo. “Dad, I think I just ate poo, I was wiping and eating chocolate and think some got in my mouth! What should I do?” 😂😂 possibly only a parent of a feral child can release to this! I just smiled, and went back to my coffee in the sun. If he did eat poo then not much I can do about it now!! 🤦🏻‍♂️😂😂

GM. Another beautiful day in paradise

I had a call today from a company asking if they could buy any used fryer oil from us. We don’t have any as we don’t fry at the bakery but it reminded me of when I ran a kitchen in London that try is was totally normal. The oil is bought and used to turn into bio oil. As a chef 15years ago I didn’t think any more than it was great that you could make some money off dirty chip fryer oil. But on reflection, the fact you can make fuel for a truck out of something we call heart heathy food is actually insane and makes no sense. Is there other fuels we can make from food or is it just veg oil? I guess whale blubber was used as lamp oil. Could that power a truck?

Wearing bitcoin branded t-shirts is almost entirely pointless in the UK as you only have your jumper off for about 10days of the year and on those days it’s too hot so you got bear chested (to get some vit-D) so mostly they are unseen. Sad really

Two days of fun in NYC. Was great to be back and the city didn’t disappoint. Loved all the food, blues skies, friendly people and a couple of pints @PUBKEY The £ didn’t go far in the $ but that was to be expected.
