Touring Scotland in the motorhome with the wife for next few weeks. Visiting “The Kelpies” today near to Falkirk.
Today I finally hit my initial target weight loss of 2 stone following a broadly ketogenic diet. No pills. Blood pressure now optimal. And blood sugar levels no longer in pre-diabetic range. I need to update my profile picture. 🤣
