Sats are sats and they will remain sats.

Don't follow everyone you see because they just joined nostr recently, followed you, zapped you. By following someone you are giving them reputation. It works different from X, Instagram and blah blah... I can see people following accounts that are 100% controlled by bots! Also, don't zap everyone as they just joined nostr. It can make a potential for new kind of scam.
