I’ll say it again, and I’ll keep saying it until people get it: I HAVE NO INTEREST IN GETTING NORMAL PEOPLE TO USE BITCOIN AND NOSTR I am only interested in getting those who demand self-sovereignty for themselves, and are unequivocally dedicated towards building a future where everyone owns their own data, and no one can cancel them or steal it away from them.

I’m out here trying to zap some of y’all and some of you don’t have wallets yet. Y’all are missing out on one of the most fun parts of Nostr.

Marx’s great mistake was thinking that capitalism (as in free market exchange) was responsible for the inherent contradictions in the system of exchange and not seeing how dirigisme (your vocabulary word of the day) was the real culprit. The creative destruction of capitalism, as Weber pointed out, is evolutionary. With any degree of state intervention, this evolution of capitalism devolves into a form of economic eugenics designed to create an economic depend on the state for all things.

Look, it’s pretty simple: If the state can identify you, it can target and kill you. Doesn’t matter why, it just can. There is a reason Satoshi was anonymous and why bitcoin isn’t an LLC. That’s because if you don’t have a physical space or identity to be located, the state can’t physically or economically harm you. With cryptography, you actually have a shot at hiding from the state, and building things that they cannot stop.

Elon is a handmaiden of the deep state, and if you think he’s a freedom fighter for good; I’ve got some BCH to sell you that’s actually real bitcoin.

The more I think about Nostr the more it blows my mind. I can just say whatever crazy shit I want and there’s like no guardrails or mods—it’s just out there, and people will actually see it. No one appreciates just how powerful this is, how important it is, monumental even. It creates a totally new possibility for the social web, which is really something else entirely. It’s the possibility of a new world in which people own their data; their information. No longer to be exploited, or owned, people can really say whatever they want. And that is truly extraordinary.

I like to mega zap when a post is a real banger or someone comment and it really hits me in the feels. Can’t do that on xittxr.

Sadly, some of my older family members are extremely NPC. After a lifetime of MSM brainwashing and the total destruction of thought from it, all they can really do when faced with difficult realities is exclamation, “That’s a conspiracy theory!” And shove their head in the sand, never to look at it again. I use to think I was obligated to have them ‘get it’ but I now realize they’ll never get it, and that’s ok. I’ve met great people throughout my life who do get it and wanna rap deep with me about these topics. They really value getting to share in those conversations, and want to join the party to be a playable character in the world. Not everyone is capable of being a playable character, and that doesn’t make them bad or wrong; it just limits what is possible with them. I now focus on just keeping things with them as ‘normal’ as I can and considering that allows for things be stable and easy for everyone else in the family and that works well.

I’ve been really feeling the extreme emotions of, “WE NEED TO DO EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO DECENTRALIZED THE WEB, DEPLOY STRONG CRYPTOGRAPHY AND WIN AGAINST THE STATIST!!1!” and the other extreme of, “Fuck it, I just wanna hang with my family, work on projects on my property and be left the fuck alone.” I know a balance of the two is the real answer, but sometime in just really feels like one extreme or the other.

I love September as it’s the month that I’m so rich in apples and pears that I get to seek out the ripest, juiciest, tastiest fruit that there are.

Fuck these companies tracking my data and trying to sell me shit based off of that. I have such a deep desire to find a way to completely fuck up their data sets and make them useless by feeding them tons of dummy data.

I’m always amazed at how cheap buying off someone crooked is. They’ll scam you for a few days of their wage, and fail to realize how much of a favor they did for you: They proved they are a scammer and have saved you so much time and energy to have figured that out now, rather than later. Now they’ll never find work near any of my social circles and will be known as a scammer. Your reputation is the most priceless asset that takes decades to build. Don’t piss it away for a quick buck or two.

There is a real lack of understanding in just how fucked up the algos are, and how much power we gain in not being manipulated by them. We could be using the internet to do something extraordinary, and instead it is being used primarily to sell us shit and keep us scared. The whole of humanity is being fed lies and distortions through centralized social media that is designed to keep everyone asleep and unaware of their real power. Now that there is no longer gatekeepers to what can be said to a global audience we have the power to shape a real unadulterated narrative; also known as the truth. The power of censorship to have molded a false global narrative is one of the pillars of the power structure that keep people divided over petty and impractical differences that can now be shown for what they are: manipulation tactics through the algos to keep everyone disempowered. We now have the ability to reclaim our voices in a way that no one can stomp out. What is to come and the changes that are to be ushered in will surprise all of us in the most remarkable of ways.

If we are to really think for ourselves with rigor and contemplation that is only worthy of being called thinking, then we must deeply consider the role of money and states in our world. We live in a technologically advance global society, yet we are governed by fractured, geographically limited elite party-based political forms that serve the most pernicious and immoral forms of life. This is only possible because of how money functions today in our world, and how we think of wealth itself and how broken that is. Another world is possible, but it will only come to fruition if we are to think for ourselves in the most serious and rigorous of ways. For each one of us to deeply consider the state of the world, the position of all states, the functions of fiat money, the hidden meaning of value, what the real purpose of social media is, and how these all thread together in our globalized digital world where the internet is still free and open, as it may not always be. It is only through this rigorous thought that demand we take responsibility for the state of the world, that we can come to understand the awesome power that is Bitcoin and the hidden sovereignty that is encrypted within it. Choosing Bitcoin as your own personal vehicle of wealth preservation is about so much more than just money, wealth, or savings. It is about taking responsibility for the state of the world and demanding the abrogation of all fiat money everywhere. This is not for the light and transient causes of personal riches, but to secure the value of money for the future ones in such a way that it cannot be unknowingly inflated away, seized in states of emergency, or guilefully stolen through the perniciousness of banking. It is our responsibility alone to rise the task that is demanded of our generation to secure wealth for the future, and to protect and honor it in such a way that no person, state, government, or institution can ever overcome it. Bitcoin is the only thing that can offer any being in our world this kind of security, and in that, it also demands our responsibility to cultivate, cherish, harbor, honor, and secure its flourishment and bloom in the world. I’ve been off Twitter and all social media except for Nostr for a month now, and the results are hard to argue with. I’ve started reading real books again (4 this month) and have noticed both my patience and attention increase noticeably. I also feel less angry and anxiety daily, along with being committed to my workout routine. I found that Nostr has met my social media needs, most importantly, my own ability to self-limit with it. Nostr is a bit ‘boring’ compared to traditional social media because ITS NOT TRYING TO KILL YOU!!! Controlling your own data isn’t nearly as important in terms of ownership, as it is about allowing that information to be used against you. All of your most intimate thoughts and feelings are data mining by massive corporations specifically to find emotional triggers for you, so they can sell you shit, or force thoughts on to you. Fuck these people that run these companies that farm our emotions to sell us shit, and to work with corrupt government to censor our speech, sell out dissidents, and destroy our internet. We are much, much, much more powerful than they will ever be because we don’t need force, corrosion, or permission to run these systems of social connections that they cannot destroy. My month of social media detox has really lifted the veil from the hate industry complex that are all social media companies today. Stop prostitution your content, thoughts and powers to these shitty companies that enrich the scum of the earth, and empower illegal, unconstitutional and immoral government agencies from their dragnet surveillance. I’ll make one last tweet explaining this and then nuking my account in the next few weeks. Then I’ll be Nostr only.
