In a hyperfinancialized world where people can buy and sell stocks in the same app where they can pay their rent, food, and friends. It becomes a tougher to shill someone on Bitcoin, especially in the US. Yeah, but censorship resistance bro! Almost no cares about that Yeah but Bitcoin is absolutely scarce bro! Again, almost no one cares about that when the S&P500 is outperforming YTD and plenty of tech stocks and stocks like Dillards are outperforming in the 5Y timeframe Yeah but freedom bro! Most people have more than enough freedom as it is. It’s not like they can’t call out the jews on X or point out blacks are dangerous in cities. Bitcoin is better money, but the fairy tail some people have in their head about adoption tells me their bias is clouding their judgement. A lot of people need to take a step back and recalibrate.
