If you want to provide users with good ux that's fine but there's no such thing as a free lunch. good ux means you must make tradeoffs elsewhere.
the only thing improving ux accomplishes is making users dumber
if you want to know whether someone is sentient or a NPC, just say you think Bitcoin podcasters secure the network more, at this point, than miners do. NPCs will immediately give you a knee jerk response or have a complete mental breakdown. Sentient beings will take time, smoke a cigarette, and give you thoughtful feedback regardless if they agree or disagree with your claim.
