Back to full resistance training for the first time since dislocating my shoulder, not just light-weight rehab work. Today was upper body day, and I hit the same number of pull-ups and push-ups I was doing before the injury. Feels good to be back. 💪

During mating season, a single female can attract up to a dozen males who form a ‘breeding ball’ around her, competing for a chance to mate. She often mates with multiple males. Because of that, the babies in the same litter may have different fathers!!!
