I highly recommend fasting from your phone for at least until noon from time to time, it's really not good to be flooded with information and images nonstop from the moment you awake until the moment you go to sleep.

I failed my fast, I started feeling really weird not just hungry but like dizzy and stuff. So I ate, I'll try again at a later date. Overall, still happy I did what I did.
Everyone is supposed to do what I want them to do, but I definitely support people's right to do as they wish. Just don't do X and don't do Y and definitely don't do Z, and if I catch you doing J we are gonna have some problems.
